Sapporo Park Hotel is launching a collaboration with Calbee’s “Kappa Ebisen” from July 1.
The collaboration celebrates the 60th anniversary of both the hotel’s opening and the release of Kappa Ebisen. The terrace restaurant “Piale” will offer a menu using Kappa Ebisen on weekends only during its “Italian Bar” events. The menu includes Cajun Sauté of Shrimp and Summer Vegetables with Basil from Piale’s garden, Shrimp Bisque Soup with Cheese Tuile, and Tomato Cream Pasta with Shrimp. These are available from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM (last order). Prices for each are 600 yen, including service charge and tax.
The membership-based Club Park Club will sell “Kappa Ebisen with Three Types of Dip.” Enjoy Kappa Ebisen with dips of haskap, orange, and chocolate. Available from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM (last order). The price is 800 yen, including service charge and tax.
The hotel will also offer a “60th Anniversary Stay-in-Room Plan with Kappa Ebisen.” This accommodation plan is available from July 1 to 31. Prices start from 14,500 yen for single occupancy and from 7,800 yen for double occupancy, each including service charge and tax.
