Strings Hotel Tokyo Intercontinental will be selling ‘Strings Parfait Ice’ from July 1 to September 30.
The Parfait Ice is a hybrid dessert combining parfait and shaved ice. Four flavors are offered: white peach filled with diplomat cream, Miyazaki mango, watermelon with salted milk sauce, and tiramisu made with Arriba cacao.
The location is the 26th floor cafe & bar ‘Rhythmos’. The offering time is from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm (last order). Prices are ‘Rich Tiramisu’ and ‘Chunky Watermelon’ (each 4,400 yen), ‘Whole White Peach’ and ‘Very Mango’ (each 4,840 yen), with the option of a drink for 990 yen, and truffle fried potatoes & a drink for 1,210 yen. Prices are inclusive of tax but excluding service charge.
