Rakuten Premium Card Adds New Benefits, Discontinues Course Selection System

Rakuten Card will implement additional and revised services for the “Rakuten Premium Card”.

The “Rakuten Magazine Light for Rakuten Card” allows reading up to three popular magazines per month for free from over 500 selections on the “Rakuten Magazine App,” and the “Rakuten Music Bundle Plan” allows up to 5 hours of free playback every 30 days on the “Rakuten Music App.” These free benefits were added on July 1st.

From January 15, 2025, the “Select Service Benefit” will change from a course selection system to only allowing the selection of the “Rakuten Market Course.” Those who have chosen the “Travel Course” and “Entertainment Course” by that date will be able to continue using them.
