The Capitol Hotel Tokyu Hosts ‘Shinshu Ingredient Fair’ Until September 27, Weekdays Only

The Capitol Hotel Tokyu will hold the ‘Shinshu Ingredient Fair’ from July 1 to September 27, available only on weekdays.

As part of a food fair that showcases the charm of regions through local cuisines from all over Japan, by featuring one prefecture every two to three months, this event offers a course meal using ingredients from Nagano Prefecture. Some of the menu highlights include ‘Abalone with a Refreshing Sansho Pepper Flavor’, ‘Shark’s Fin and Shinshu Golden Chicken Soy Broth’, ‘Grilled Shinshu Apple Beef with Malt Soybean Stir-fry’, and ‘Iiyama Tomikura Soba with Aroma of Nagano Prefecture Wasabi’. The fair also features drinks such as ‘Karuizawa Beer’ and cider made with local apples.

The venue is the Chinese restaurant “Hoshigaoka” on the second floor. The service is available from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM (last order at 9:00 PM). The price is 31,635 yen for a nine-course meal and 27,197 yen for an eight-course meal, including service charges and taxes.
