“Color Palettes – Gifts of the Sun -” features dishes such as “Kanpyo cannelloni and poached fresh fish,” “Grilled corn polenta and lamb,” and “Rhubarb cake.” “Summer Breeze – Memories of the Wind -” includes “Fennel and sea bass sauté,” “Acacia honey and duck roast,” and “Lemongrass exotic cake.”
The venue is the 16th-floor restaurant “Chef’s Theater.” The lunch is available from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM and dinner from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Prices start from 6,400 yen for lunch and 14,300 yen for dinner, including tax and service charges.
