China Eastern Airlines is set to resume its Osaka/Kansai to Hefei and Ningbo routes in July.
The resumption was reported by AeroRoute on July 4. Both routes will operate using Airbus A320 aircraft.
The Osaka/Kansai to Hefei route, which had been operated until 2012, will resume operation with four round trips a week starting from July 28.
The Osaka/Kansai to Ningbo route, suspended since 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will resume with three round trips a week starting from July 30. Spring Airlines already operates this route with four round trips a week.
With these routes, China Eastern Airlines will have a total of four routes departing from and arriving at Osaka/Kansai, including to Shanghai/Pudong and Beijing/Daxing.
