Japan Airlines (JAL) has temporarily suspended new reservations for China Eastern Airlines’ award tickets on the JAL website starting June 20.
System errors were reported on the JAL website for China Eastern Airlines’ award tickets, including incorrect display of seat availability. China Eastern Airlines operates routes to Japan serving 13 cities and 14 airports, including Tokyo/Haneda, Tokyo/Narita, Osaka/Kansai, and Nagoya/Chub.
