Strings Hotel Nagoya is offering the ‘Seasonal Artistic French – Summer Collection’ from July 1 to August 31.
The menu features dishes like ‘Osetra Caviar and Carpaccio of Mie Prefecture Amberjack with Sunflower’ adorned with caviar and sunflowers, a two-layer cold soup made with corn and tomatoes, a fish dish using scabbard fish and snow crab, and the ‘Roasted Summer Deer and Pan-fried Foie Gras with Poivrade Sauce accompanied by Aichi Prefecture’s Figs’ incorporating ingredients from the local Tokai three prefectures. For dessert, there is a peach Melba as well as an option to switch to an ‘Adult’s Reward Parfait – Tropical Beach –’ (an additional 990 yen). The seating options include fully private rooms and curtained semi-private rooms.
