Silver Ferry Suspends Operations on the Tomakomai-Hachinohe Route Until July 24 Due to Grounding Incident at Tomakomai Port

Silver Ferry has announced a suspension of operations on the Tomakomai to Hachinohe route until July 24.

The suspension follows an incident on July 2, where the company’s “Silver Breeze” ran aground near the entrance of the Tomakomai West Port. Operations from July 25 onwards are currently under review, and new booking reservations have been halted.

The company has issued a statement apologizing for the inconvenience caused by the schedule change, requesting understanding and patience from their customers.
