Air Canada has entered into a lease agreement with BOC Aviation for eight Boeing 737-8 aircraft.
Equipped with LEAP-1B engines produced by CFM International, these aircraft are scheduled for delivery by the end of this year. After undergoing minimal necessary modifications, they are expected to begin service in 2025. Initially operating in a single-class configuration, they will later be retrofitted to a two-class layout.
