The Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation and Kobe-ya have opened “THE STAND by KOBEYA” inside Jimbocho Station on June 25th.
As the first nationwide, this bakery operates with the concept of a “Quality and Accessible STAND-type Bakery in the Midst of Life’s Pathways.” It is a takeout-only establishment, offering exclusive croissants, pain au chocolat, cranberry raisin varieties, and more.
The business hours are from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM, open all year round. The location is on the basement first floor concourse inside the ticket gates of the Toei Mita Line.
