Hilton Tokyo will offer the “Temari Sushi Afternoon” from July 5 to September 5.
The lunch set of temari sushi will be presented in a flower box featuring white and green blossoms. The temari sushi includes a selection of seven varieties such as peony shrimp topped with caviar, salmon roe, salmon, and tuna. The menu comprises corn tofu, two kinds of sashimi, salt-grilled beltfish with crunchy breadcrumbs, seven pieces of temari sushi, red miso soup, melon and mango parfait, and flower sencha tea.
Located on the 2nd floor at the Japanese restaurant “Junisou”, the service hours are from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM (last order at 2:30 PM). The price is 7,800 yen, including service charge and tax.
