Shinagawa Prince Hotel will offer “A Culinary Journey Through Japanese Cuisine – Shinagawa Edition” from July 1 to August 31.
This is the second installment of the “Culinary Journey Through Japanese Cuisine” series, which has been held from April to December to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the opening of the Main Tower.
The Shinagawa edition features eel as its theme, with a menu comprising dishes such as eel rice as the main dish, a modern version of creamy baked Hime-sazae (a type of sea snail) as the appetizer, white grilled eel, ayu fish deep-fried in tartar batter, and hamo (a type of eel) prepared in Yanagawa style.
The venue is the 38th floor restaurant “Aji Kaido Gojusan Tsugi” in the Main Tower. The price is 13,000 yen, tax included, service charge extra.
