Hyatt Centric Kanazana will offer a peach-themed ‘Peach Afternoon Tea’ from July 1st to August 31st.
The menu includes seven items such as ‘Peach and Elderflower Jelly,’ which is almond tofu topped with peach compote and elderflower jelly, ‘Peach Cream Puff’ filled with custard cream and peach jam, and ‘Peach Shortcake’ with a layer of whipped cream and peach compote between sponge cake. For savories, a mini version of the ‘Noto Beef Burger’ and ‘Peach and Tomato Gazpacho’ are available. Coffee and tea will be served as drinks.
The location is the all-day dining “FIVE – Grill & Lounge.” Available from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The price is 4,400 yen (tax included).
