Hotel New Otani Hakata is offering the “New Extra Super Peach Shortcake” from July 12 through the end of the month.
This shortcake has the shortest sales period among the Extra Super series. Only domestically produced peaches with a sugar content of 12 to 13 degrees or more are used whole, combined with a batter made from eggs laid by chickens fed an organic brown rice diet, known as “brown rice eggs,” and cream from Omuta.
Located on the first floor at Greenhouse Boutique. It is available for sale from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The takeout price is 3,996 yen (tax included). The selling period and details may change without notice depending on the availability of ingredients.
