EVA Air is expected to increase flights on the Sapporo/Chitose to Taipei/Taoyuan route from November 1 to December 31.
This was reported on July 10 by AeroRoute. The route is currently served by one round trip daily with flight numbers BR115/116. During the specified period, it will operate an additional round trip with flight numbers BR165/166, making it two round trips per day. The BR115/116 flights will switch to a Boeing 787-10 aircraft with 342 seats from an Airbus A330-300 with 309 seats, and the BR165/166 flights will use an Airbus A321 with 184 seats.
In addition to EVA Air, this route is also operated by China Airlines, Tigerair Taiwan, Starlux Airlines, and Scoot.
