Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu will offer a seasonal ‘Peach Afternoon Tea’ from July 19 to August 31.
The sweets lineup includes a peach and sparkling wine verrine with almond jelly, a peach crème d’ange in a chocolate cup, peach opera, eclair, and Peach Melba among others. The savory menu features a cold soup with peach and tomato jelly, a seafood and summer vegetable tabbouleh, a spicy meat and edamame quiche, and handball smoked salmon. Each guest will be served on an individual tea stand, with an all-you-can-drink sparkling wine set also available.
The location is the second-floor lounge ‘Sommerhouse’. It will be served in two-hour slots starting from noon and 2:30 pm. Prices start at 6,500 yen, including tax and service charges.
