Shiroiya Hotel will offer a summer afternoon tea featuring tropical flavors such as mango and passion fruit from July 1st to August 31st.
The menu includes 10 types of sweets such as “Chou Tropic” a cookie choux filled with custard and tropical fruit jam, “Macaron Framboise” a pale pink macaroon with raspberry cream, and “Tarte Mango” a tart with diplomat cream and ripe mangoes. There are also two savory items: “Bruschetta” and “Mini Dog”. The drink menu is all-you-can-drink and includes Ronnefeldt teas and a seasonal soup. Additionally, as an option, diners can order a “Peach and Plum Caprese Parfait” that combines peach plum sorbet with olive oil sorbet and peach compote granita.
The afternoon tea is served at the in-hotel café lounge “Shiroiya The Lounge” in two sessions during lunchtime and teatime. It accepts from one person, with a limit of 16 guests each for lunch and tea time. The price is 4,800 yen.
