Domestic airlines will implement special measures due to the bad weather associated with the approach of Typhoon No. 3.
Tickets for flights affected by these special measures will be accepted for changes, transfers, or refunds without any fees, regardless of delays or cancellations. The airlines and flights under these special measures include:
– Japan Airlines (JAL), Japan Transocean Air (JTA), Ryukyu Air Commuter (RAC) July 23rd to 25th: All flights originating from and arriving at Kumejima, Miyako, Tarama, Ishigaki, and Yonaguni
– All Nippon Airways (ANA), ANA Wings (AKX) July 23rd: Flights originating from and arriving at Miyako in the afternoon, flights originating from and arriving in Okinawa/Naha and Ishigaki after 6 PM July 24th and 25th: All flights originating from and arriving in Okinawa/Naha, Miyako, Ishigaki July 26th: All flights originating from and arriving at Miyako, Ishigaki
– Solaseed Air (SNJ) July 23rd: Flights originating from and arriving in Okinawa/Naha after 3 PM, flights originating from and arriving at Ishigaki after 6 PM July 24th and 25th: All flights originating from and arriving in Okinawa/Naha, Ishigaki
– Skymark (SKY) July 23rd to 25th: All flights originating from and arriving at Shimojishima
Some flights originating from and arriving at Ishigaki and Miyako by ANA, as well as some flights by Jetstar originating from and arriving at Shimojishima, have already been canceled.
