JR East Releases ‘Kyun Pass’: Unlimited Rides for ¥10,000 on Weekdays Including Shinkansen, Plus New Two-Day Option
JR Kyushu to Launch ‘All-you-can-ride Day Pass for Hisatsu Line and Ibusuki-Makurazaki Line’ on August 1
JR Kyushu will start selling the ‘Hisatsu Line to Ibusuki-Makurazaki Line All-you-can-ride Day Pass’ from August 1 to November 30.
The free area covers the Ibusuki-Makurazaki Line from Makurazaki to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, the Kagoshima Main Line from Kagoshima-Chuo to Kagoshima Station, the Nippo Main Line from Kagoshima Station to Hayato Station, and the Hisatsu Line from Hayato Station to Yoshimatsu Station, allowing unlimited use of local and rapid trains for one day.
The price is 1,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children. The pass will be sold exclusively through the smartphone app ‘my route’ and will not be available at station ticket offices. An additional express ticket is required to use limited express trains.
