Hotel Hanaan: Grand Reopening on July 25 with New Rooms Featuring Scenic Baths

Nikko Chuzenji Lake Onsen Hotel Hanaan has undergone renovations, updating its guest rooms, restaurant, and exterior, and will reopen for business on July 25.

The guest rooms now include three types of rooms with hot spring baths overlooking the terrace on the Chuzenji Lake side, modern Japanese-style rooms with a raised seating area by the window facing Chuzenji Lake, and three types of Western-style rooms including the standard twin type. All rooms now offer views of Chuzenji Lake, facilitated by the replacement of windows with wide sashes to enjoy the lake’s scenery. The “Utsushimi” rooms have been expanded by combining two existing rooms into one, separating the sleeping and living areas to increase the room size.

The restaurant has been extended towards Lake Chuzenji. All seats now offer views of the lake. A box sofa seating area, paying homage to Mt. Nantai, has been added in the extension.
