Japan Airlines (JAL) has reported an incident where flight miles for some users are not being properly accrued.
The affected miles include both domestic and international flights/affiliate airline miles, with the boarding period from July 9th to 18th. They are calling for those who wish to urgently accumulate miles to make use of the post-flight miles registration service.
