H.I.S. Transfers Swiss Subsidiary to Antpenny
H.I.S. announced that its consolidated subsidiary, H.I.S. Travel Nederland, will transfer all shares of H.I.S. Travel Switzerland to Antpenny.
H.I.S. Travel Switzerland has been responsible for travel operations in Switzerland along with Miki Travel Agency. The decision to transfer the shares was made with the aim of concentrating human resources on Miki Travel Agency.
H.I.S. Travel Switzerland owns all shares of H.I.S. Travel Switzerland. For the fiscal year ending July 2023, the company reported a revenue of 14,602 Swiss Francs, an operating profit of 10,469 Swiss Francs, and a net profit of 24,347 Swiss Francs.
Antpenny is a Swiss company handling acquisitions, management, investment, and financing. The transfer amount is set at 895,200 yen, with the transfer date planned for July 31.
