‘Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Sanjo Premier’ Opens on July 31, Featuring Reservation-Only Private Baths

Mitsui Fudosan and Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management will open the ‘Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Sanjo Premier’ on July 31.

The building has one basement floor and five above-ground floors, with a total of 185 rooms. About 40% are king-size rooms, with an average area of more than 30 square meters, and the hotel offers suites that can accommodate up to four guests, as well as rooms equipped with washing machines and work desks for long-term stays, catering to various lodging needs. The interior design features the ‘layered traditional colors’ theme of Japan, and includes traditional Kyoto wood crafts in decor items such as nested boxes and memo pads.

In addition, the basement level houses a large public bath with enhanced privacy due to large walls within the bathing area, a fitness room, and the first completely reservation-only private bath by Mitsui Garden Hotels. This bath seamlessly connects the living area to the tub with a view of the courtyard, allowing for enjoyable conversations with family and friends.

Other amenities include an Italian dining that serves homemade fresh pasta made with six types of fresh cheese and seasonal ingredients, a buffet-style breakfast, Kyoto’s first Fresh Cheese Lab, and a bar stocked with rare Japanese sake.
