LOT Polish Airlines Takes Delivery of Its First Embraer E195-E2 Aircraft
LOT Polish Airlines has taken delivery of its first Embraer E195-E2 aircraft.
The aircraft are being leased from Azorra and will include a total of three units. The airline plans to have all aircraft delivered by October at the latest. This move aims to increase operational flexibility, support network expansion, and complement other narrow-body aircraft. The configuration will feature 136 seats in a single-class layout.
LOT Polish Airlines was the Embraer E-Jets launch customer starting with the Embraer E170 model in 2004, and currently operates a fleet of 42 E-Jets. The introduction of the E2 series marks its first for the airline, making it the 17th operator of the model.
