Hotel New Otani Makuhari is offering a limited quantity of “Whole Peach Parfaits” from August 1 to August 31.
The parfait makes use of a whole juicy and sweet peach, topped with peach jelly, yogurt mousse, and a financière. It’s then adorned with seasonal peaches on top of a rich soft serve ice cream, finished with a tangy raspberry sauce and silver dragees.
The location is The Lounge on the lobby floor, offering teas and cocktails. The parfait is available from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. However, during the dinner buffet, the service ends at 4:00 pm. The price is 2,800 yen, excluding service charges.
