Hotel New Otani Tokyo is offering “Hotel New Otani’s Special Mango Pancakes” and “Hotel New Otani’s Special Brioche French Toast” until August 31.
The Mango Pancakes are served with a blend of ricotta, cream cheese, and mascarpone on pancakes, topped with domestic apple mango, mango jelly, meringue, and fresh cream from Omuta. The Brioche French Toast is made by soaking brioche in Nagasaki Prefecture’s “Sun Eggs,” Hachijo Island Jersey milk, and almond milk before baking. Enjoy it with three types of maple syrup and a side of rich mango.
The location is the coffee shop “SATSUKI.” They are available from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The price for each is 3,630 yen.
