The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan will hold a ‘Shine Muscat Buffet’ for dinner only from August 9th to September 4th.
Dishes using Shine Muscat grapes grown by young farmers in Habikino City, Osaka Prefecture, will be prepared. The menu includes tuna carpaccio with Shine Muscat marinade, sautéed shrimp and Shine Muscat, Shine Muscat tempura, Shine Muscat sushi rolls, roast beef, Shine Muscat roll cake, tiramisu, tart, and more. Until August 18th, a special menu will feature hitsumabushi.
The location is on the 3rd floor buffet dining ‘Arcala’. Services are available from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM (last entry at 9 PM). Prices are 7,000 yen for adults, 3,500 yen for elementary school children (ages 6-12), and 2,300 yen for preschoolers (ages 4-5). Until August 18th, prices are 8,000 yen for adults, 3,700 yen for elementary school children, and 2,500 yen for preschoolers.
