Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo Opens July 23
Marriott International and Sekisui House have opened the “Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo” on July 23.
This is the eighth Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Japan and marks the brand’s debut in Hokkaido. The building is 13 stories high, and the hotel boasts a total of 321 rooms, including 9 suites. Some rooms are available as connecting rooms. The rooms are designed with natural accents and are equipped with Serta beds and rain showers.
The all-day dining “Substance” on the second floor features a semi-open kitchen and a live bakery, offering buffet-style dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients and environmentally and socially responsible food sources. The first-floor “THE LOUNGE” is an American bistro-style bar lounge with a large fireplace, serving American-style food such as the Courtyard Burger and drinks including Hokkaido brand wines and craft beers.
Additionally, the hotel includes a 24-hour fitness center equipped with the latest Technogym machines and a modern Japanese style bathing facility.
