Hotel New Otani Makuhari will operate ‘Shell the Garden’ from July 7 to September 16.
This garden restaurant offers authentic barbecue and a two-hour free-flow drinks, exclusively for dinner. The ‘Premium Barbecue Set’ comes with all the necessary ingredients and equipment. The menu includes salad, cold soup, a seafood plate, and black wagyu beef among other items.
Two types of summer party sets are available. The party set offers appetizers and dishes such as garlic shrimp served on large plates. The “Garden Bistro Set” combines various hors d’oeuvres with local Chiba gourmet, ‘Black Ahijo,’ and a meat plate.
The operating hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for lunch, and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for dinner. Prices are 15,000 yen (12,000 yen for advance tickets) for the Premium Barbecue Set, 8,000 yen (6,000 yen for advance tickets) for the party sets, and 10,000 yen (8,000 yen for advance tickets) for the Garden Bistro Set. Advance ticket sales end on July 31. All prices include service charge and tax.
