The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo has completed the renovation of The Lobby Lounge, revamping services including its afternoon tea offerings.
The “Ritz-Carlton Tokyo Collection Afternoon Tea” will feature original Arita porcelain collection pieces, serving seasonal savory dishes and pastries. In addition, a “Tea Collection” themed around different teas, along with a newly designed dessert trolley offering a selection of specially chosen chocolates among other desserts will be available. Serving hours are from noon to 5 PM, priced at 9,400 yen.
The à la carte menu features dishes such as “White Peach and Carabinero Shrimp” (4,900 yen), “White Peach Gazpacho” (1,860 yen), and single-serve desserts including “Seasonal Pavlova” (3,200 yen), “Cherry Flambe” (3,200 yen), and a “Black Truffle Croque Monsieur” (7,800 yen), which is a hot sandwich of French origin filled with black truffle, three kinds of cheese, and roast ham.
Additionally, the bar trolley “Japanese Craftsmanship Collection” will offer a unique selection of whisky, sake, and craft gin from across Japan.
