Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo will offer ‘Evening High Tea’ from September 13 to November 11.
The menu includes ‘Apple and Raisin Nut Salad’, ‘Fig and Prosciutto Mozzarella Cheese Pinchos’, ‘Crab and Scallop Mousse with Hollandaise Sauce’, ‘Chestnut Cheese Risotto with Red Wine Braised Anago’, ‘Chef’s Special Roast Beef’, and more. For dessert, a ‘Purple Sweet Potato and Apple Mont Blanc’ with a dollop of purple sweet potato cream and sprinkled with apples is prepared. Beverages include a glass of champagne, as well as coffee or tea.
