Tripla has acquired additional shares of Singapore’s BookandLink, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
BookandLink develops channel managers for accommodations in Indonesia. In 2023, Tripla and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) jointly acquired shares in BookandLink, resulting in Tripla holding a 53.4% share and JBIC 46.6%.
In May of this year, BookandLink launched “tripla Link,” a Japan-suited version of its main channel manager service, “CHANNELKU.”
