Hotel Metropolitan to Release ‘Suica Penguin Chestnut Cake’ on September 1
Hotel Metropolitan will offer the chestnut-shaped ‘Suica Penguin Chestnut Cake (8 cm in diameter)’ for a limited time from September 1 to November 30.
The cake features kasama chestnut candied in syrup and chestnut bavarois, wrapped in chocolate mousse made with 70% cacao ‘Guanara’ chocolate from France’s Valrhona. It also offers a variety of textures from chestnut biscuit, chocolate cookies, to ganache.
