Hilton Tokyo is offering a ‘Temaki Sushi Lunch Plan’ on weekdays from September 6 to November 4.
The plan includes 12 types of sushi toppings such as tuna, crab, and ikura, which is in season in autumn, two types of vinegared rice using red and white vinegar, appetizers including a basket platter of walnut tofu, and a dessert set of ice cream and mousse made with chestnuts topped with cassis ice cream and Earl Grey jelly, combined with chestnut parfait and original sencha tea. After spreading the vinegared rice on nori, guests can enjoy creating their own original temaki sushi by choosing their favorite sushi toppings and adding condiments such as plum paste or ebiko.
The venue is the Japanese restaurant “Junisou” on the second floor. Available from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The price is 7,800 yen (tax and service charge included). Reservation required and is limited to 12 meals per day.
