JR Kyushu Launches ‘Southern Kyushu Super Recovery Ticket’ – Unlimited Rides Across Three Prefectures for Three Days
JR Kyushu will release the ‘Southern Kyushu Super Recovery Ticket’.
This is in conjunction with the ‘Southern Kyushu Super Recovery – HEALING JOURNEY in Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Kagoshima’ campaign, which starts on October 1st.
The ticket allows unlimited use of Shinkansen, limited express trains, and ordinary/rapid trains’ non-reserved seats in Kumamoto, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima Prefectures over three consecutive days. Up to three times use of reserved seats in ordinary cars is allowed.
The price is 15,000 yen for adults and 6,000 yen for children. Tickets are on sale from September 1st until March 22nd, 2025, and must be purchased at least 7 days prior to use. The ticket is valid from October 1st, 2025, until March 31st. It is sold exclusively via JR Kyushu’s internet train reservation service. Although it will also be sold via the MaaS app ‘my route’, the sales period, price, and terms differ.
Additionally, for those who have the ‘Southern Kyushu Super Recovery Ticket’, the ‘Southern Kyushu Super Recovery! B&S Miyazaki Ticket’, which offers a discount for the B&S Miyazaki buses, will also be available.
