Tokyo Dome Hotel will offer ‘Shine Muscat & Melon Afternoon Tea’ from September 3 to October 31.
The sweets line-up includes a ‘Muscat Tart’ which is decorated with Shine Muscat on a tart base with chocolate cream and the tartness of red currants, a ‘Melon Shortcake’ topped with red flesh melon, fresh cream, and chocolate disguised as melon, and a glass dessert ‘Fromage Blanc Mousse with Muscat Jelly’, combining fresh cheese mousse and muscat jelly. For savory items, offerings include ‘Grapes and Prosciutto Caprese’, ‘Seafood and Melon Ceviche’, and ‘Trofie with Basil Cream Sauce’.
The location is ‘Artist Cafe’. The service is available for two hours from 3 pm to 6 pm, with the last order at 5 pm. The price is 5,700 yen, including tax and service charge.
