Emirates Airline has unveiled a special livery Airbus A380 aircraft to promote the humanitarian efforts of the Emirates Airline Foundation.
Inspired by playful elements of the Emirates Airline Foundation logo, the aircraft features a theme of children’s artwork. It is adorned with pastel-colored stars in light green, warm orange, baby blue, and soft pink across its body. All four engine cowls are also decorated in warm orange, symbolizing a better future for the most underprivileged children.
Over the past 20 years, the foundation has supported over 50 projects in 12 countries, including education, food, clean water, medical care, and housing, with funds provided through donations. It focuses primarily on destinations served by the airline, ensuring that employee volunteers can oversee the operations. Currently, it supports 14 organizations across 9 countries. The inaugural flight on September 2nd heads to Johannesburg to support two key projects.
