Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu will host ‘Sweet Journey Shine Muscat’ from September 5 to October 17, exclusively on Thursdays.
The menu features sweets themed around the sweet and fragrant Shine Muscat, including ‘Shortcake’, classic ‘Roll Cake’, ‘Cream Puff’ with a whole Shine Muscat, ‘Shine Muscat Rare Cheese’, ‘Shine Muscat Tart’, among approximately 12 types of desserts. In addition, savory items such as ‘Juicy Roast Beef’ and ‘Carbonara finished with Parmigiano Reggiano’ will also be available.
The buffet will be offered at the all-day dining ‘Café Tosca’ on the second floor. Available start times are at 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6:00 PM, with each session lasting 120 minutes and requiring reservations. The price is 7,200 yen for adults, 9,200 yen including free-flow red and white wine & sparkling wine, 4,200 yen for elementary school children, and 2,700 yen for preschoolers aged 4 and above. All prices include tax and service charge.
