Hotel Nikko Tachikawa Tokyo will hold an ‘All-You-Can-Eat Akagi Wagyu Beef Buffet’ for six days in September.
The buffet will include 14 types of dishes made with Akagi Wagyu beef from Gunma Prefecture, in a variety of preparations. Highlights include ‘Akagi Wagyu Pulled Beef Pita Sandwich’ with neck meat slow-cooked and finished with Cajun sauce, ‘Akagi Wagyu Gratin Hachis Parmentier’ layering minced meat with mashed potatoes and Parmesan cheese, beef fillet, Western-style scattered sushi, and stewed beef sinew with potatoes. Chef-carved roast beef, Akagi Wagyu beef hamburgers, and shoulder roast steaks will be prepared on a griddle in an open kitchen. Salad and desserts, among other side dishes, will also be available.
The venue is the ‘All Day Dining Shatoro’ on the first floor. The event will be held from September 14 to 16 and from September 21 to 23. Serving times are from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM for lunch, and from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM for dinner, with each session lasting 2 hours. Prices are 9,000 yen for adults, 4,600 yen for elementary school students, 1,800 yen for toddlers (ages 4 and above), and free for children under 3, including tax and service charges. A special accommodation plan that includes the Akagi Wagyu beef buffet dinner and a Japanese-Western buffet breakfast is also available starting from 21,753 yen during the period.
