The menu uses Miyazaki Prefecture’s Miyakonojo Wagyu for all dishes, featuring various parts and extracts. For example, the menu includes the “Miyakonojo Wagyu fat-cooked Bonito Tataki,” “Miyakonojo Wagyu and Northern Shrimp Bisque Soup” using miyakonojo Wagyu fat and northern shrimp, and the main dish “Miyakonojo Wagyu Grill with Roasted Tsukuba Lotus Root” simply flavored with five types of pepper, showcasing the best cuts of Miyakonojo Wagyu chosen by the chef on the day.
The venue is ‘Lounge & Dining G.’ The service hours are from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with last orders at 9:00 PM. The price is 12,500 yen, including tax and service charges.
