AIRDO Promotes Culinary Delights at the ‘Sapporo Autumn Fest’
AIRDO is set to promote culinary delights at the ‘2024 Sapporo Autumn Fest’.
The ‘Sapporo Autumn Fest’, one of the largest gourmet events in Japan, attracts more than 2 million visitors annually. This year, it will be held from September 6th to 29th at Odori Park in Sapporo.
In collaboration with Chef Tomonori Miyashita of ‘Osteria EST EST EST’, representing the 11-chome venue ‘PRECIOUS TABLE’ where Sapporo’s leading chefs offer daily special dishes at the ‘Sapporo Chef’s Kitchen’, AIRDO will feature non-standard vegetables grown at Shinoda Farm in Kiyosato in a limited menu. These dishes will be available on September 6th and 7th.
Additionally, AIRDO will conduct direct sales of produce including ‘Pure White’, a variety of white corn freshly harvested and shipped to preserve freshness, and ‘Inka no Mezame’, a type of potato aged for two years in a snow room. Sales are planned for September 6th from 10 am to 6 pm, and on Thursdays and Fridays from 3 pm to around 6 pm.
Promotion through in-flight magazines, announcements, and employee-featuring videos will also be carried out.
