Rakuten Group and Accor have started mutual exchange between Accor’s loyalty program “ALL – Accor Live Limitless (ALL)” and Rakuten Points.
A new exchange from Rakuten Points to ALL reward points has been initiated. It’s now possible to exchange 3,200 Rakuten Points for 1,000 ALL Reward Points. The exchange period lasts until 9:59 AM on September 24, and future exchange periods are planned.
Since June, the exchange of ALL reward points for Rakuten Points has been available, allowing for the exchange of 2,000 ALL reward points for 1,600 Rakuten Points. The completion of exchange may take up to six weeks.
Accor and Rakuten Group had signed a memorandum of understanding for partnership in January 2023. They are continuing discussions to further strengthen partnerships, including collaborations with Rakuten Travel. In April, Accor had rebranded and opened 22 Grand Mercure and Mercure hotels in Japan.
