Air India will deploy the Airbus A350-900 aircraft on its routes between Delhi and two New York airports.
The aircraft will be introduced on the Delhi-New York/John F. Kennedy route from November 1st and on the Delhi-New York/Newark route from January 2nd, 2025.
The Airbus A350-900 is equipped with 28 seats in a ‘1-2-1’ configuration in Business Class, 24 seats in a ‘2-4-2’ configuration in Premium Economy Class, and 264 seats in a ‘3-4-3’ configuration in Economy Class, totaling 316 seats.
