Ibaraki Transportation has discontinued the “Ibaraki Airport Line Hitachiota City Express Bus Terminal to Ibaraki Airport” service as of September 1st.
The reason has not been disclosed. The route, which had one round trip per day, connected the Hitachiota City Express Bus Terminal with various stops including Tokai Station East Entrance, Katsuta Station West Entrance, and Mito Station South Entrance before reaching Ibaraki Airport. However, the operation between Mito Station South Entrance and Ibaraki Airport will continue.
