The wing of the Tokyo/Haneda-bound DL295 flight (Airbus A350-900) and the tail of the Lafayette-bound DL5526 flight (CRJ-900, operated by Endeavor Air) came into contact on the taxiway.
There were 221 passengers on board DL295 and 56 passengers on DL5526, with no reported injuries. The passengers were returned to the terminal and are expected to board alternative flights.
