
“Espacio Nagoya Castle” Opening on October 1st: Former Nagoya Castle Hotel Reimagined
The Tokyo Marriott Hotel will offer ‘Vegan Mont Blanc Afternoon Tea’ from October 1 to December 31.
Featuring ‘Vegan Mont Blanc’ using ‘Nakayama Chestnuts’ from Ehime Prefecture, the menu solely utilizes plant-based ingredients. Highlights include ‘Hojicha Cream with Black Sesame Corn’ filled with a soy milk-based hojicha (roasted green tea) cream and served with sweet potato, and a ‘Sweet Potato Cupcake with Amazake, Dalia-style’, among seven types of sweets. The savory selections include four types, such as a ‘Plant-Based Chicken with Chestnuts and Couscous Stew’, and ‘Hummus Stick Sandwich’ using chickpea paste. Additionally, beverages include a free-flow of eight types of ‘TWG Tea’ tea selections and five types of coffee.
The venue is ‘Lounge&Dining G’. It is available in two sessions: from 1:00 PM and from 3:30 PM. Reservation is required at least two days in advance, and the service is available for groups of two or more. The price is 8,700 yen, including tax and service charge.
