Trip.com Introduces New ‘Diamond Plus’ Tier
Trip.com is refreshing its loyalty program in late October, introducing a new tier named ‘Diamond Plus’.
This premium level offers exclusive benefits such as premium customer support, car model upgrades for airport transfers, free eSIM cards, and complimentary tickets for attractions. It targets individuals who, after achieving Diamond membership, spend over $10,000 within a year.
Trip.com’s loyalty program will now consist of five tiers, including Silver (registration only), Gold (completion of one qualifying reservation), Platinum (completion of three qualifying reservations within a year after achieving Gold membership), and Diamond (completion of eight qualifying reservations within a year after achieving Platinum membership and spending over $1,000).
Qualifying reservations include hotels, flights, flight + hotel packages, activities & experiences, trains, car rentals, and airport transfers. The validity period for each tier is one year.
