Japan Airlines (JAL) has scheduled special flights for the Tokyo/Haneda-Aomori route today, September 19th.
There are two flights operated: one departing from Tokyo/Haneda at 2:00 PM and another departing from Aomori at 4:00 PM. Reservations are currently being accepted.
The Tohoku Shinkansen is partially suspended due to an incident where the coupling between “Hayabusa-Komachi No. 6” detached while running between Furukawa and Sendai stations.
