Etihad Airways is set to inaugurate the Abu Dhabi-Prague route on June 2nd.
The route will operate four round trips per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. It will utilize Boeing 787-9 aircrafts configured with 28 business class seats and 262 economy class seats, totaling 290 seats. The flight duration from Abu Dhabi is 6 hours and 25 minutes, and from Prague, it is 5 hours and 45 minutes.
Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is globally renowned for its Gothic, Baroque, and Romanesque architecture, including the famous Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. The decision to operate this route was made in response to the increasing numbers of visitors from the Czech Republic to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
